Bob Waterman - Founder/Head of Group Operations/A&R/Management/Promotions/Events
Mr. Waterman has served the company since 2004 and is a leading name in the music Industry, having had huge success with various artists and having many top charting hits, his drive and ambition is without question. As head of the group he is able to ensure all our artists & clients get the space they deserve and everything that goes with it.
He is always ready for the next bubble and is always one step ahead of the curve.

Megan Whitman - Director of Communications & Development
Mrs. Whitman is an honorary member of several corporate boards. She plays a crucial role in every company decision. She has been working within the industry for almost 20 years with experience at major labels and publishing houses. Mrs Whitman is head of all client related matters such as promotions, joint advertising campaign's with global brands and is our go to in house expert for anything and everything.
Mrs.Whitman is also head of ensuring all the venues which our artists perform at are Covid-19 safe and adhering to the regulations as set out by the country where our artists will be performing at.
Dylan Saunders - A&R/New Talent Development
Dylan, is part of our A&R and New Talent Development team. He is always looking for new talent and is able to work with the talent and find the best producers, writers and publishers that suit his artists. You will find him either at a showcase, festival or backstage. Dylan is a social media guru and has the ability to spot new talent and trends.
Dylan has the ability also to identify new trends which may be way ahead of their times and not ready for the mass's YET!, however by ensuring we are always the innovators gives us the edge on the rest of the industry.
Isabella Waterman - A&R, Promotions, Concerts & Festivals
Isabella Waterman, is our number one new talent spotter and has found amazing undiscovered talent in the most obscure of places. Once she has found the talent she will work very closely with artist and manage their affairs from there on in. This will include working with labels, publishers, producers, writers as well as everything else in between.
She too is a social media Guru and will ensure all our artists social media matters are taken care of and developed in the osmosis way.

Eric W Green
Board Member, Non Executive Director, Music Industry Expert for over 20 Years
Mr. Green has previously been a parter at some of the Industries biggest names including Polydor, Sony BMG & EMI. He has been an integral part of Osmosis Records as an advisor on all A&R and development and key growth markets for over 6 years.
Catherine P Williams
Board Member, Head of Accounts & Sponsorships
Ms. Williams has been with Osmosis for over 8 years having come to us from Warner Brothers International where she was head of publishing & sponsorship deals for all of Warner Brothers EMEA Artists.
Paul Miller
Board Member, Head of Marketing and Relationships
Mr. Miller is a dedicated and one of the most respected & reliable experts in this field. His music industry knowledge is second to none and a huge asset to the Osmosis Records Brand. Prior to joining the Osmosis Family, Paul worked at Sony BMG, EMI & Mute Records.

Making a demo
If you are making a demo to submit to us, here is what you need to know.
Just be you, we are not looking for session singers or tribute acts, we are looking for a whole package.
If you have a willing to learn and take advise from our highly qualified team we will be with you every step of the way.
Your demo does not need a huge production or produced to any sort of high quality for us a RAW demo is all we will need.
You can send these to us using our secure server and we guarantee to listen and come back to you.
